We have started 2012 with the blessings of God in several areas. We have seen at least 4 souls saved, the classes are growing and our overall attendance is up. We also had a great "Pick A Pew to Pack Sunday" and are looking forward to even a better "Heart Sunday" February 12th. This will also be the start of our Missions Conference. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

MASTER CLUBS IS IN SESSION!
Our Wednesday evening program for children, Master Clubs is a discipleship program for children 4 year olds through 5th grade. These classes help ground the children in the Word with exciting activities and lessons. The vans will be out picking up children and if you need a ride, call the church office early, 944-1423. This year started off great with the younger children and the teens. Let's made 2012 a great year!!
WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDIES
We also have a great Wednesday program for teens, and adults have a Bible Study in the sanctuary. Since the Pastor has been with the teens, Brother Lou Gibson and Brother Bernard Richardson have been taking different Wednesday evenings to teach. I hear the lessons have been great.

One Heartbeat meets in the loft of our gym. Sunday School starts at 10:00 and thy also meet Wednesday Evenings at 7:00. This is a time of games and activities along with a study in the Bible. Pastor Joe was saved while in the military in Abilene, Tx and got out as quick as he could so he could attend Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo and start working in the ministry. This is Pastor Joe's ninth year as the pastor of West Side Baptist Church. Since arriving in San Angelo in 2001 the Lord has really been blessing. Before coming to San Angelo Pastor Joe served as the youth pastor in San Antonio at Grace Baptist Temple. Pastor Joe and his wife Tammy have been married since May of 1981. They have two children Bradley, 24, who has graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo, the alma mater of both his parents. Their daughter-in-law Brianna joined the family on May 22, 2010 and she and Bradley are living in Mesquite, Texas. Their second child is Brittany, 16, and she is attending 11th grade at Central High School.
